With absolutely no relation to South Park, Colorado where those adorable cartoon characters come from, South Park, Fulham is a beautiful getaway in the middle of a busy city. Just on the outskirts of London, in Fulham, South Park isn’t your average park. If you’re in the area of London you have more than likely already seen the most famous parks that are scattered through the city. But only in South Park can you turn your head from one side to the other and see two entirely different worlds.

South Park features everything from boxing rings to playgrounds for kids. Yes, that’s right, I said boxing rings. There are huge fields of open space with both cricket and rugby pitches painted out on the lawn. This means that anyone that’s interested in playing a match with their friends just has to show up. If that doesn’t take your fancy, or if you’re not willing to give boxing a try, you can take a stroll through the gardens that are scattered through the park. The area is easily navigable, with walking paths designed to bring you all the way around the park and back to the entrance. Feel free to drop your little ones off at the playground and enjoy a nice relaxing walk through the roses.
